	After five chiropractic visits with Dr. Kris, I was able to move my neck and spine in a way I didn’t realize was possible. I had always felt tension in my neck and back, but had become accustom to that feeling. I now feel as though a huge knot has been untied and my body wants to stretch as never before. Then last spring I stared experiencing periods of lower back pain. About 6 weeks ago, the lower back pain became so severe that I was having trouble walking upstairs and completing daily activities. I experienced a noticeable relief from the pain starting with the first visit and adjustment on the “COX” table. Within 4 weeks by back had improved. After 2 weeks, I was no longer experiencing back pain and my back felt much stronger. 	I have felt a lot better after several treatments. Dr. Kris and his staff have been a great help after my car accident. When I am careful and watch, and come in promptly when I need adjusting, my life is much easier. As a caregiver, I tend to forget about myself and only remember my clients.
